I just want to say my opinion: if fans are paying (like on bubble), then it’s the idols’ responsibility and obligation to interact at least a little bit. It’s not like they aren’t getting paid for that because the company also pays them for the fan interactions. And when I compare it to other groups and other platforms, they are less active than other groups. (Maybe not on bubble bc I don’t have it so idk). Personally I wouldn’t pay to interact with an idol, but I do use the free platforms like weverse and fans and there are a lot of idols that are active even on those free platforms.
